Development for Managers and Leaders
It is also imperative that the leaders are trained to spot sensitive issues and act on them. While arming the managers with the ability to understand where the problems may arise, HR will also have to arm them with how to hold constructive dialogue with their teams. According to a research by Jayasinghe (2022), managers who possess conflict-resolution skills will create a harmonious work environment and, in that respect, retain an employee's loyalty and commitment.
